Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, selected service, and optional event details. It prepares a message in your browser. The form does not submit that information to a website database or send it automatically.
If you open an email draft or copy the message, you choose whether to send it. Once sent, your email provider and Carolina Moxy’s email provider process the message. Ashleigh can use the details you send to answer questions, prepare a quote, and coordinate your requested event.
Please do not include payment card numbers, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Discuss any specific dietary requirements directly with Ashleigh.
Website data and cookies
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select Allow analytics. Before that choice, and when you decline, this website does not load Google Analytics. We use it to understand visits, pages viewed, and actions such as clicking an email or phone link or preparing an inquiry. An inquiry action is not confirmation that an email was sent. The website does not send your form entries or prepared email message to Analytics, and it removes query strings and fragments from the page address supplied to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled.
If you allow Analytics, Google receives information about your browser, device, and activity and may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. These cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The site saves your analytics preference in a first-party cookie called moxy_analytics for 180 days. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops further Analytics collection by this website and clears its Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already received by Google. We also honor Global Privacy Control when the browser supplies it. Photos and fonts are served with the website, and Instagram content is linked rather than embedded. Your inquiry is not saved in cookies or browser storage.

You can browse without completing the inquiry form. To ask about information you have emailed, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a privacy concern, contact ashleigh@carolinamoxy.com. Please identify your request without sending sensitive identity documents. Applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
Messages you send are separate from this page and may remain in email systems or event records. Contact Ashleigh for information about a particular record and its retention.
Children’s information
This website is intended for adults planning events. The inquiry form does not request information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a linked email address, contact Ashleigh so it can be addressed.
